Coordinator – Customer Service at Hapag-Lloyd Saudi Ltd. – Amman

Job Description

Overall Responsibility :
–       Attending Import customer’s quires.
–       Attending Export customer’s quires.
–       Fulfill targets of monthly billing efficiently, minimizing times and costs for the company.
–       Handle and solving customer’s problems, finding the benefit for them and the company.
 
Key Accountabilities:
– OUFC – Invoicing
– ICCL – Audit
– Claims& Disputes
– EDO release
– Customers general queries 

Skills

Qaualifications:
•      Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent)
•      English proficiency : Intermediate to Advanced
•      Office proficiency : intermediate
