Job Description

This is a senior leadership position to accelerate the digital transformation of a global brand. Reporting to the board, the role is responsible for innovation and adoption of new technologies to build the leading digital operator in Jordan by 2025.

Determine the digital strategy of the company in line with the objectives and 5 year planManage the digital platform and internal Digital HubProduct ownership of all key Products & Services for digital transformationPlace data and AI at the heart of innovation with the development of a Big Data Center of ExcellenceDevelopment of partnerships and new revenue models/streamsEstablish an innovation governance including all stakeholders Keep a constant watch on new technologies likely to be useful for the companyImplementation of precise performance models for these activities including management of budgets

Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation on a large scaleProven experience developing business growth through innovation in a consumer focused organisationDemonstrated knowledge of data management (big data, use cases, data lake)Experience leading complex, major change initiativesComfortable interfacing with board level individuals and fighting for ideasAn experience of financial services or mobile wallets is a plusExperience working in a multi-cultural environmentFluent English is mandatory
