Service Team Coordinator (open vacancy) – Amman

Job Description

Our customers enter new requests by phone, email or website.  The Service Team Coordinator acts as the single point of contact for all incoming customer requests and schedules the work for our internal team members.  Part cheerleader, part manager, a good Service Team Coordinator knows how to rally the troops to get things done while also having the organizational skills to keep projects flowing harmoniously from start to finish.  Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 4pm to 12pm local time ranging from 40 to 48 hours per week.  All the work is done in English, and so excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is required.  Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and communications skills.

Our organization is a fast growing professional services firm that manages Information Technology (IT) for our business clients.  Our clients are small and medium businesses that usually range between 10-100 employees located in the United States.  Our firm acts as the IT department for our clients.
Typical Duties

  • Act as the single point of contact for all types of customer requests that come in by phone, email or website
  • Schedule internal and field technical resources in the CRM system
  • Communicate with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages 


  • Improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Fast turnaround of customer requests
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Improve usage and increase productivity of IT team members
  • Escalate service requests as needed
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in CRM system as it occurs
  • Enter all work as service tickets into the CRM system
  • Provide backup for other help desk specialist when needed.
